Who we are

Hospitality experience, shaped around nature

Lea and Yiannis Vontas founded GLAMPExperts with a shared belief: the future of hospitality should feel more personal, more imaginative and more respectful of its setting.

Lea combines academic backgrounds in law and tourism with hands-on resort management, commercial and international hospitality experience. Yiannis brings an extensive career with international and Greek luxury hotel groups, together with experience designing and delivering greenfield hotel and resort projects in different countries.

For every assignment, GLAMPExperts brings together the disciplines the project genuinely needs. Its network includes architects, landscape designers, engineers, financial consultants and specialist suppliers experienced in planning, environmental matters, hospitality design and resort implementation.

This flexible model gives clients senior attention throughout the project while creating a team specifically suited to the location, scale and ambition.
